With a newborn baby at home, he wanted to stay closer to his family while maintaining his productivity. Our Office Shed provided the perfect solution, eliminating his commute entirely and giving him a dedicated workspace just steps from home. Additionally, we enhanced his outdoor environment by integrating a tree into his deck design and repurposing a dead stump into a charming planter. These thoughtful touches created a space that’s both functional and inspiring, allowing Mark to focus on work while remaining present for his family.

Yanush connected with Wellmade’s mission to improve lives through dedicated spaces. As a coach dedicated to the growth and development of high-value leaders, Yanush recognized that optimal performance comes from intentional design. Now, he has a space that allows him to work, relax, and connect with the people he loves.

Trying to help his daughter grow her nail salon business, Louis knew that she would do better in a more professional space than the garage. As a graphic artist, Louis knew the importance of details and the impact they can have. Now his daughter is busier than ever, and it’s easy to see why.

Jorja had been dealing with a home remodel and urgently needed a space for her husband to work away from the noise and disruption. However, she wasn’t willing to compromise on quality and aesthetics knowing that the new office would be a permanent fixture to the property. Wellmade worked with Jorja to build their new office within a month of the first conversation.

Jennifer’s mother had been staying in an assisted living facility. With a Wellmade ADU, she can now keep her mom close while also preserving her independence. Living in an HOA, Wellmade modified their usual style to accommodate HOA requirements and provide a comfortable living space for Jennifer’s family.

Having a business in industrial design, Leo understands quality when he sees it. His eye for aesthetics and attention to detail fit beautifully with Wellmade’s culture. Leo even chose custom finishes to further elevate the space and make it uniquely his own. It was inspiring to work with him and see how the shed is transformed into a designer’s office.

Tim was our very first client, and we’re deeply grateful to him for trusting us. At the start of the COVID pandemic, Mark needed a separate space to work because he was working from his bedroom with three kids in the house. He loved the new space we created for him. Interestingly, the kids eventually took over the shed as a play area, giving Mark a lively and creative reprieve at home. In the end, it turned into a win-win situation for everyone!
