What Does Our Warranty Cover?

• Structural Defects: Covers any structural issues that directly result from our work, ensuring the integrity of your unit remains intact.
• Cosmetic Issues: Includes limited coverage for cosmetic concerns such as cracks in interior walls, warping or cracking in exterior cedar boards and wood trims, and detachment or bending of decking materials.
• Windows and Doors: Covers malfunctions or operational issues with windows and doors installed by Wellmade, ensuring they perform as expected.
• Electrical Components: Includes issues related to electrical outlets, light fixtures, and other electrical components installed by Wellmade, providing peace of mind for your unit’s electrical reliability.
